Counselling and Therapy in Harrow
BA (Hons) B.Ed (Hons), DipHE, MBACP, ACC
Does life feel like it's getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
- to explore your thoughts and feelings?
- to get back on a front foot again?
My name is Barbara and I work as an Integrative Counsellor, using a range of different therapeutic approaches according to individual needs.
I believe that we all struggle with the difficulties of life at times and need a safe space where issues causing distress can be explored. I provide a non-judgemental, safe, confidential space where clients can explore and address issues that are having an impact on them.
I believe the key to success is based on the client-therapist relationship. As a member of two professional bodies, the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the ACC (Association of Christian Counsellors) I am committed to strict ethical codes and professional standards to ensure the best outcome for my clients.
In addition to counselling, I have had many years of experience working in education and with the NHS.
I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I work with a range of issues, including but not limited to:
My practice is within walking distance of Rayners Lane and North Harrow Tube Stations.
